We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both our guests and our guides.

1. Guest Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time are eligible for an 80% refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at checkout and typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or PayPal.

2. Cancellations by Tropicfy

If Tropicfy cancels a tour due to weather, safety reasons, or unforeseen events, guests may choose between:

• A 95% refund, or

• Rescheduling for another available date or tour.

• Administrative and processing fees (up to 20%) cover payment processing and operational costs.
